Exterior parking resulted in a long walk in the rain. It took two day to find they had another garage entrance poorly marked. All signs lead to Valet parking and the close garage entrance is blocked by the Valet. The parking was satisfactory but signage is awful. Some of the cooked items such as pancakes tasted of the same grease from other items being cooked. The cafe is 24 hours available and has a full menu. They had an in closet safe for valuables and bottled water was left daily. The rooms were smoke free and quite large. There was a smoking lounge available for smokers. The Palace is the only No Smoking casino in Biloxi and it smelled clean and fresh since smoking was not allowed. Rooms were not available at the IP when we checked. The hotel we normally use was booked solid and we were in town for a concert at the IP Casino. We spent 3-nights at the Palace Casino Resort in Biloxi, MS.
