Now, any racetrack in Nebraska can legally add a full scale casino onto its existing grounds. The initiative received 65% voter approval. Ho-Chunk contributed a total of $6.6 million toward the campaign called “Keep the Money in Nebraska.” The two organizations partnered to help get the gambling initiative on the 2020 election ballot.
